133 people executed in Iran during the month

A human rights organization published a detailed report on the implementation death sentences in Iran, announcing that during the month 133 death sentences were carried out, in addition to issuing 24 new sentences and confirming 7 other death sentences.
The detailed report of the “Human Rights Activists in Iran” group was published by the group through its media platform “HRANA”, warning of “serious challenges in the field of respect for human rights in Iran”.

According to the report, the month of Aban according to the Persian calendar (October 23 – November 21) witnessed a violation of human rights in the country.
The report explained that “violations included the implementation of death sentences without ensuring fair trials, suppression of freedom of expression, arbitrary arrests, violation of the right to education, suicide of children and adolescents, domestic and societal violence against women, in addition to violations of workers’ rights and excessive use of force by security services.”
The report stressed “the need for urgent and effective international and local measures to address these violations and support victims,” noting that “military and judicial violence, especially against women and minorities, raised deep concerns about Iran’s commitment to international human rights standards.”
